    Construction of Divisional Drainage System for Ten-million-ton Mine

    • 摘要: 神东公司矿井大部分分布于西北地区,总体来说水文地质条件较为简单。但部分矿井井田面积大,煤炭产量高,一个矿井往往有多个盘区同时开采,造成矿井涌水量较大,传统的中央水泵房集中排水方式已不适用。为了提高矿井排水能力,保证排水系统的可靠性,矿井采用分区排水方式,分盘区设置了独立的排水系统。结果表明:分区排水系统安全、可靠,排水效率显著提高,排水费用明显降低,保证了矿井安全生产。

       

      Abstract: The mines of Shendong Company mostly distribute in northwest district, and the hydro-geological condition is relatively simple in general. However, parts of well fields are quite large and coal production is high; a mine tends to have more than one panel mining at the same time, which causes larger mine water inflow; in this situation, the traditional central water pump house drainage method does not work well. Then, to increase the drainage capability of mine and guarantee the reliability of drainage system, the divisional drainage method is used and independent drainage system in subareas is constructed. It turns out that divisional drainage system is safer and more reliable, and drainage efficiency improves obviously and drainage costs are reduced significantly, which guarantees the safety production.
