    Application of High Strength Polyester Flexible Net in End-mining Holing-through of Shallow Buried Depth of 5.0 m Fully Mechanized Coal Face

    • 摘要: 在末采贯通管理顶板过程中,综采工作面使用金属网配合液压支架材料费用高,贯通效率低,而且安全性差,随着新材料在矿井中的推广和使用,结合补连塔煤矿浅埋深5.0 m综采工作面的顶板管理经验及教训,总结了工作面末采贯通时高强聚酯柔性网片的订制、材料的准备、网片的运输、起吊锚索的施工等环节的具体要求和注意事项。

       

      Abstract: In the process of end-mining holing-through and roof management, full mechanized coal face uses metal mesh with hydraulic support is high cost of materials, low efficiency of holing-through and poor safety. With the popularization and use of new materials in the mine, combined with roof management experience and lessons at shallow buried depth of 5.0 m fully mechanized working face in Bulianta Coal Mine, we summarize the specific requirements and matters needing attention, including high-strength polyester flexible mesh order, material preparation, transport, construction of lifting anchor cable and other aspects at the period of working face end-mining and holing-through.
