    Research on Detonator Millisecond Delay Time Recognition in Coal Mine Freezing Vertical Shaft Blasting

    • 摘要: 以兖矿集团万福煤矿主立井掘进工程为背景,提出了新的井筒爆破振动监测方法。并在阐述固有时间尺度分解(ITD,Intrinsic Time-Scale Decomposition)分解和小波信号抑制理论基础上,对采集到的爆破振动信号进行了雷管微差识别。结果表明:组合方法能够精确识别出立井掘进中雷管实际起爆时刻,获取各段别雷管实际微差延时间隔。同时,提高低段别雷管精度并适当延长其起爆时差很大程度上可以防止振动波的叠加。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, taking Yan Kuang Group Wanfu Coal Mine main vertical shaft excavation project as the background, a new blasting vibration monitoring method is proposed. And based on the intrinsic time scale decomposition (ITD) and wavelet signal suppression theory, blasting vibration signals were collected for the detonator differential recognition. The results show that combination method can accurately identify the actual time of detonator in vertical shaft excavation blasting, to get the actual detonator millisecond delay interval. At the same time, improve the detonator accuracy of low segment and extend the initiation time properly can prevent the superposition of vibration wave.
