    Fast Outburst Elimination Technology by High - pressure Water Jet Cross - cut Coal Uncovering in Xin’an Coal Field and Its Application

    • 摘要: 为了解决新安煤田煤层突出危险性大,煤层松软,透气性差,抽采困难的状况,提出了高压水射流石门揭煤快速消突技术。通过在孟津煤矿11031运输巷揭煤工作面采用高压水射流割缝卸压增透技术,对该揭煤区域实现了高效快速瓦斯抽采,应用表明采用该技术后平均瓦斯抽采浓度提高3倍以上,平均单孔瓦斯抽采纯量提高5倍以上;采用该技术可使瓦斯抽采钻孔量缩减82%,揭煤时间缩短73%,节约了生产成本,缓解了矿井的抽、采接替矛盾。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of high coal seam outburst danger, soft coal seam, poor permeability and difficulty in extraction in Xin’an Coal Field, a high - pressure water - jet technology for rapid eliminating outbust of cross - cut coal was proposed. By using high-pressure water-jet slotting technique, the high-efficiency and rapid gas drainage is realized in this area, and the application shows that the average gas extraction concentration is increased by 3 times, the average single-hole gas extraction volume increased by more than 5 times; the use of the technology can reduce the gas drainage borehole 82%, uncovering coal time reduced by 73%, saving production costs, ease the replace contradiction of mine pumping, mining.
