    Rapid Outburst Elimination Technology for Closed Distance Coal and Rock Roadways Going Forward One by One

    • 摘要: 为解决端氏煤矿集中回风巷独头掘进快速消突问题,借助近距离煤岩独巷同向递进的开拓条件,采用顺层孔和穿层孔立体交叉抽采技术全面控制防突区域。抽采期间为防治轨道大巷炮掘扰动破坏钻孔,顺层孔采用全孔段下放筛管以及穿层孔采用“破孔、透孔、分段封孔”三步走二次封孔的防突保障技术,实现防突钻孔高效、持久抽采。经过区域预抽35~40 d后,集中回风巷正前方和两侧15 m范围内煤体的残余瓦斯含量均小于8 m3/t,满足区域防突效果检验要求,实现独头煤巷快速消突,保障“抽、掘”平衡。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve problem of rapid outburst elimination for concentrated return air roadway at heading face of Duanshi Mine. Based on the exploitation conditions of coal and rock roadways going forward one by one with closed distance, we use grade separation drainage technology with bedding holes and through beds holes to overall control outburst prevention area. To prevent blasting driving disturbance to damage holes in haulage roadway during gas extraction period, we use the outburst prevention and pretection technology of putting screen pipe down along the full length of bedding hole and using three-step and twice hole-sealing measure of “breaking hole, drilling hole, sectional hole sealing” in through beds hole to achieve efficient and long-time extraction of outburst prevention hole. After regional pre-drainage of 35 days to 40 days, the residual gas content of coal located in foreside and two sides of 15 m about concentrated return air roadway is all less than 8 m3/t, which satisfies the
