    Fire Prevention Technology at 12205 Working Face of Selian No.2 Coal Mine in Finished Period

    • 摘要: 针对色连二矿12205工作面顶板上部存在浮煤的特殊情况,从煤自然发火条件出发,分析了12205工作面收作期间采空区发生遗煤自燃的原因,并根据该工作面的实际情况和各种防火技术特点,提出了“减少采空区漏风、降低采空区氧浓度”的防火原则,制定了顶板铺设风筒布、建黄土隔离墙、注高分子胶体材料、注氮等防火技术。实践证明,该套技术措施有效保障了色连二矿12205工作面的安全收作。

       

      Abstract: For the exceptional case that there is residual coal in the upper part of the roof of 12205 working place of Selian No.2 Coal Mine, and based on the conditions of spontaneous combustion of coal, the reasons for spontaneous combustion of the residual coal in goaf during the finished period of 12205 working face were analyzed. According to the actual conditions of the working face and the features of every fire prevention technology, we propose the principle of fire prevention of reducing air leakage and reducing oxygen content in goaf, the measures and technologies for fire prevention during the finish period are built, which includes laying air duct cloth on the roof, building loess isolation wall, grouting high polymer materials, nitrogen injection and other ways. The practice proved that the technologies and measures could effectively ensure the safety mining of 12205 working face of Selian No.2 Coal Mine.
