    Application of Coal Detection Technology in Close Coal Seam Rock Drift Heading Face

    • 摘要: 针对近煤层岩巷掘进过程中存在误揭煤层及煤与瓦斯事故,为保证掘进工作面施工安全,提出了近煤层岩巷掘进工作面“两探一预测”的探煤技术,并在宏发煤矿+1 650 m集中运输大巷开展试验研究。研究结果表明:根据探煤钻孔竣工参数拟合得到巷道延伸方向上下部煤层顶板、底板等高线,判断上下部煤层倾角分别为13°~18°和5°~13°;厚度分别为2.76~3.16 m和2.64~3.61 m;与巷道最小法向距离2.94 m和5.23 m,预测与实际最大误差为11.1%。同时在上下部煤层分别采取6个煤样,测定上部煤层瓦斯含量为6.588 1~7.998 1 m3/t,下部煤层瓦斯含量为5.963 2~7.693 2 m3/t。

       

      Abstract: For the uncovering coal and coal and gas accidents existing in the process of close coal seam rock driving, in order to ensure the safety of heading face, the coal detection technology of twice coal detection and once gas content prediction was proposed, and test was carried out in +1 650 m concentrated transportation roadway of Hongfa Coal Mine. The research results show that the roof and floor of roadway contour of top and bottom coal seams in extension direction were fitted according to the drilling completion parameters, then inferred that the top and bottom coal seam dip angle is 13° to 18° and 5° to 13°, respectively. The thickness is 2.76 to 3.16 m and 2.64 to 3.61 m respectively. The minimum normal range with rock drift is 2.94 m and 5.23 m respectively, and the error of forecast and actual maximum is 11.1%. Six coal samples are collected in top and bottom coal seam at the same time respectively; the gas content of top coal seam is 6.588 1 to 7.998 1 m3/t, which is 5.963 2 to 7.693 2 m3/t in bottom coal seam.
