    The Locatable Automatic Gas Inspection System Based on Android Platform

    • 摘要: 提出一种基于Android的可定位自动瓦斯检查系统实现方案;利用Android开源特性,在硬件层面集成气体采集专门电路与矿井原有人员定位系统的定位卡,以多串口通信的形式自动获取气体浓度与定位信息,共同存储在SQLite数据库中,通过井下无线网络上传至地面的综合调度系统;可定位自动瓦斯检查系统可有效解决煤矿瓦斯检查工作中瓦检员检查不到位有遗漏、检查记录上传不及时、额外定位设备建设成本高等问题。

       

      Abstract: A scheme is proposed about the locatable automatic gas inspection system based on Android. By open source characteristics of Android, the gas acquisition circuit and the positioning card from the original mine personnel positioning system are integrated at the hardware level. The gas concentration and location information are obtained automatically in the form of multi-serial communication, and stored in the SQLite database, then the data are uploaded to the ground integrated dispatching system through underground wireless network. The locatable automatic gas inspection system can effectively solve some problems in coal mine gas inspection work, such as the gas inspection is not comprehensive, the inspection record upload is not timely, the cost of additional positioning equipment construction is high, etc.
