    Coal and Gas Outburst Early-warning Method and System Based on Mining Progress Monitoring

    • 摘要: 从危险源安全距离控制角度出发,研究了基于采掘进度监测的突出预警机理、预警指标体系、预警等级划分和预警准则,形成了基于采掘进度监测的突出预警方法;研制了GJJ100激光测距传感器,开发了突出预警软件,并以矿井安全监控系统、井下环网、地面办公网为支撑,构建了基于采掘进度监测的突出预警系统,实现了工作面与突出易发区之间空间距离的在线监测分析和实时预警。

       

      Abstract: From the angle of safe distance control of hazards, the paper studied the mechanism, indicators, grade and rules of coal and gas outburst early-warning, and then an early-warning method based on mining progress monitoring is formed. At the same time, the GJJ100 laser range sensor and early-warning software were developed. Finally, taking coal mine safety monitoring system, underground ethernet ring network and ground office network as the support, the coal and gas outburst early-warning system based on mining progress monitoring is built, which implements spatial distance on-line monitoring and real time early-warning between workface and coal and gas outburst easy-happening area.
