    Research on Calibration and Nonlinear Compensation of Light Interference Methane Sensor

    • 摘要: 光干涉式甲烷传感器具有精度高、测量范围广、稳定性好,可靠性高与标校周期长等诸多优点。研究了光干涉式甲烷传感器有关影响气体折射率的因素,如温度和压强等;阐述了利用压力法对传感器标校的原理,通过试验找出传感器的特性曲线;设计了适用于光干涉甲烷传感器的特性非线性补偿算法,获得良好的实验效果。

       

      Abstract: The light interference methane sensor has many advantages, such as high accuracy, wide measurement range, good stability, high reliability and long calibration period. Some influence factors were studied which affected the gas refractive index of light interference methane sensor, such as temperature and pressure, etc. The sensor calibration principle with the pressure method was introduced, and the characteristic curve of the sensor was obtained by the corresponding experiment. Moreover, the nonlinear compensation algorithm was designed which is suitable for the light interference methane sensor, the experiment result was good.
