    Application of Intelligent Frequency Convertor in Scraper Conveyor

    • 摘要: 为了解决煤矿综采工作面刮板输送机的重载启动、调速困难和运行效率低等问题,提出了一种新型智能高压变频器,即采用智能变频器控制电动机运转,取代传统的双速电机驱动方式,实现了刮板输送机的实时调速及节能运行。通过在陈四楼煤矿2801工作面的应用效果分析,该新型智能变频器减轻了刮板输送机启动载荷对机械结构和电网的冲击影响,解决了不同负载情况下的调速问题,降低了重载启动及运行时电动机损坏及链条断链事故的概率,具有高效、节能、稳定性高的特点。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve problems such as overload start, difficult to control speed and low operation efficiency, a new intelligent high voltage frequency converter was proposed, which used intelligent frequency converter to control motor running, instead of the double speed motor drive in traditional way, the scraper conveyor realized the real-time control of motor speed and energy conservation operation. Through the analysis of application effect of 2801 working face in Chensilou Coal Mine, this new type intelligent frequency converter could reduce the impact on the mechanical structure and power grid caused by the starting load effect of scraper conveyer, it solved the speed control problem under different load conditions, and reduced the probability of motor damage and chain breaking accidents as the overload starting and running. It had characteristics of high efficiency, energy conservation, and high stability.
