    Wireless Sensor Node Design for Self-powered Monitoring System of Shearer

    • 摘要: 设计了一个可对采煤机工作状态进行实时监测的自供电无线传感系统。主要介绍了整个监测系统的硬件电路原理及相关外围电路;其中,能源管理芯片LTC3331持续供电,单片机MSP430F5438进行核心控制,温度传感器DS18B20和加速度传感器ADXL345进行终端数据采集,射频芯片CC2530将采集的温度和振动信号无线发送,将数据传到上位机监测平台,并对数据进行分析和存储。

       

      Abstract: The self-powered wireless sensor system was designed to monitor the working state of the shearer. We introduced the hardware circuit principle and related peripheral circuits of the whole monitoring system. The power management chip LTC3331 continually supplied power; the microcontroller MSP430F5438 was the core of system; the temperature sensor DS18B20 and the accelerometer ADXL345 were responsible for terminal data acquisition; the RF chip CC2530 collected the temperature and the vibration signal, then finished the data wireless transmission. The data were transmitted to the upper computer monitoring platform, and the data analysis and storage were achieved by this platform.
