    A New Type of Air Curtain Wet-type Centrifugal Dust Removal System for Fully Mechanized Excavation Face

    • 摘要: 通过测定掘进巷道粉尘浓度,确定粉尘浓度分布规律、KCS除尘系统组成及其工作特性,采用数值模拟方法分析掘进机除尘器不同结构内部气流运行规律,确定选用分流板加3排挡板作为新型高效除尘器的内部结构;通过3个现场试验,验证了数值模拟结果,该新型除尘器在掘进头处的除尘效率为80%,距离除尘器出口150 m范围内的降尘率均可达到90%以上,司机位和除尘器处的降尘率可达94%以上。

       

      Abstract: The dust concentration distribution in tunnel, the characteristics and compositions of KCS dust removal system are determined by measuring dust concentration in tunnel. We select splitter plate adding three rows baffle as the internal structure of the new type high efficient deduster by using numerical modeling method to analyze the internal air flow laws of roadheader deduster with different stuctures. The results of numerical simulation are verified by three field experiments, and the dust removal efficiency of new type deduster at heading end is 80%, and the dust removal efficiency within the scope of 150 m from the export can reach more than 90%, and the dust removal efficiency at positions of driver and deduster is more than 94%
