    Analysis and Prevention of CO Gas Abnormal Reasons in Complex Working Face Mining Along Goaf

    • 摘要: 为有效解决田陈煤矿3518里工作面CO气体浓度过高的问题,首先经检测分析CO来源,然后分析有害气体涌入的原因;得出超前支撑压力造成的煤体破坏,采空区冒落引起煤柱裂隙扩大以及3518里工作面附近有多组小断层是造成采空区CO向工作面涌入的主要原因。对此,采用了通风系统优化、煤层注水、注浆封堵等综合措施。经对工作面各处检测检查,得出这些措施的综合运用有效解决了3518里工作面有害气体浓度过高的问题。

       

      Abstract: To effectively resolve the problem that CO gas concentration of Tianchen Coal Mine internal Ⅲ lower 518 working face is too high, the source of CO gas was found at first, and then the reasons of harmful gas influx were analyzed. The main reasons for the influx of CO gas from mine goaf to working face were coal destruction caused by the advanced support pressure, expansion of coal pillar fracture caused by caving in goaf, many small faults in the vicinity of internal Ⅲ lower 518 working face. In these regard, pressure balancing ventilation, gas drainage, coal seam water injection and grouting plugging were used. After detection of the working surface, the result that the comprehensive utilization of these measures can effectively solve the problem of high concentration of harmful gas in internal Ⅲ lower 518 working face can be obtained.
