    Application of Pressure Balancing Ventilation for Fire Preventing and Extinguishing at Double Working Face of Bandingliangta Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对板定梁塔煤矿1201回采工作面和1203备采工作面在主要通风机负压通风下,周边火区的CO气体通过地面裂隙或上覆采空区等漏风通道进入工作面,引起工作面CO超限的问题,通过构建了风机、风门、密闭、调节风窗等通风构筑物,在双工作面成功应用了联合均压通风防灭火技术,实现了工作面风量、上下煤层风压的动态平衡。结果表明:均压通风防灭火技术提升了工作面风流压力,减少了采空区漏风量,有效地抑制了采空区CO气体向回采工作面溢出。

       

      Abstract: Pressure balancing ventilation for fire prevention and control system is designed and applied in 1201 face and 1203 face of Bandingliangta Coal Mine. In negative pressure ventilation system conditions of main ventilator, the CO emission from sealed area of fire goes into the coal mining face by air leakage passageway of ground cracks and the overlying gob. Pressure balancing ventilation can successfully resolve this problem by building fans, air doors, air stopping and air regulator. In this way, a dynamic balance is realized between the working face air quantity and the air pressure of upper and lower coal seams. It shows that the pressure balancing ventilation for fire preventing and extinguishing system can enhance the air pressure of working face and educe the air leakage. Finally it can prevent CO emission from gob to working face.
