    Application of a Kind of New Type Inorganic Grouting Material in Grouting Reinforcement of Passing Through Fault at Large Mining Height Working Face

    • 摘要: 大采高工作面片帮现象频发,尤其是过断层期间,为防止片帮现象的发生,提出了超前深孔注浆加固技术。该技术采用了新型无机深孔注浆材料,该材料弥补了传统高分子注浆材料成本高,存在安全隐患等缺点;采用将瓦斯抽采孔用作注浆孔的方案,省去了打钻的工序,同时避免了对煤壁的再次破坏;提出了合理的注浆时机,合理的注浆区域为注浆区域为应力增高区的后半段和破碎区的前半段。现场实践表明,超前深孔注浆加固技术效果明显,具有良好的安全和经济价值。

       

      Abstract: Wall caving in large mining height working face occurs frequently, especially passing through the fault. In order to prevent wall caving, we propose the technology of advanced deep hole grouting reinforcement. The technology uses a new type of inorganic deep hole grouting material, which makes up for the disadvantages of the traditional polymer grouting material such as the higher cost and potential safety hazard. The gas drainage holes are used as the grouting hole, thus the working procedure of drilling is omitted, and it prevents the coal wall from being damaged again. The reasonable grouting opportunity is proposed, and the reasonable grouting area is between the second half of the stress-concentrated area and the first half of the broken zone. Field practice shows that the effect of advanced deep hole grouting reinforcement technology is obvious, and is of good value of safety and economy.
