    • 摘要: 在分析不同快速密闭适应性的基础上,研究了以气囊式密闭和水凝胶防爆密闭为主的矿用快速密闭技术体系。分析了水凝胶密闭填充材料的成胶工艺与成胶机理,实验研究了水凝胶填充材料的胶凝时间、稳定性和力学性能。选择了快速气囊密闭材料并测试了其阻燃性,确定了气囊密闭的固定与充气方式。最后对2种密闭进行试验,实现了快速密闭远距离安全施工,为火区快速隔离及救援起到重要的作用。

       

      Abstract: On the basis of analyzing different rapid closed suitability,the paper studies the mine used rapid closed system which gives priority to balloon closed and hydrogel explosion-proof closed,and analyzes the gelatination process and gelatination mechanism of hydrogel closed filling materials.The gelation time,stability and mechanical property of hydrogel filling materials are studied by test.Rapid balloon closed material is selected and its flame retardant is tested too,and the fixed and inflatable way of the balloon closed are determined.Finally,two kinds of closed are tested,and the long-range safety construction of rapid closed is achieved,which plays an important role for the rapid isolation and rescue in the fire area.
