    Analysis of Rock Burst Prevention Effect of Fully Mechanized Caving Face Passing Through Single Square Danger Zone

    • 摘要: 为了综放工作面顺利通过“单面见方”危险区域,对坚硬顶板冲击地压进行了有效地控制。通过优化“单面见方”区域内坚硬顶板防治冲击的设计,采用支架压力监测、微震监测、数值模拟和现场观测等评价的方法,对综放工作面过“单面见方”前后坚硬顶板矿压显现进行实时监测、记录、统计分析。研究结果表明:在“单面见方”区域内,坚硬顶板岩层能量集中释放、巷道变形量大、垮落较好等特点,很好地解决了坚硬顶板冲击地压的危险性。

       

      Abstract: To pass a "single square" danger zone of full-mechanized caving face, achieve effective control of governing hard roof rock burst, by optimizing the design of preventing rock burst of “single square” hard roof, the support pressure monitoring, micro-seismic monitoring, numerical simulation and in-situ observation, evaluation methods are used to carry out real-time monitoring, recording, statistics and analysis of rock pressure before and after fully-mechanized caving face passing through “single square” hard roof. The results show that hard roof strata can release energy and roadway deformation is large with good caving characteristic in “single square” area, which is very good solution to the hard roof rock burst.
