    Influence of Bolt and Cable Anchor Pre-tension Stress on Stability of Support Structure in Extra Thick Coal Seam Roadway

    • 摘要: 以金地煤业特厚煤层为背景,通过FLAC3D数值模拟与工程实测分析研究了预紧力对特厚煤层巷道支护结构稳定性的影响。研究表明:锚杆预紧力增加可有效减少顶板浅部围岩离层,锚索预紧力的增加可使顶板浅部孤立的组合梁与深部承载拱有效耦合,合理施加锚索预紧力可使锚杆组合梁的承载能力提高113.74 %;对于特厚煤层巷道,锚杆预紧力合理取值为60 kN,锚索为150 kN;预紧力过小时无法在顶板上方形成稳定的拱-梁承载结构,过大时则容易造成锚杆、锚索失效或破坏,造成结构失稳。工程实测表明,合理的预紧力可使巷道支护结构稳定,支护效果良好。

       

      Abstract: Taking the extra thick coal seam in Jindi Mine project as the background, using the finite element software FLAC3D and actual measurement analysis to study the influence of pretention force on the stability of roadway support structure properties in thick coal seam. The research shows that the increase of bolt pretention force can effectively reduce the layers separation of shallow roof surrounding rock, and the increase of cable anchor pretention force can make couple between shallow roof supporting beam and deep supporting arch; exerting a reasonable cable anchor pretention force can improve the bearing capacity of the composite beam by 113.74%; for extra thick coal seam roadway, the reasonable value of the bolt pretention force is 60 kN, and the cable anchor is 150 kN; when the pretention force is too small, it can not be formed a stable bearing structure above the roof; when the pretention force is too large, it is easy to cause bolt and cable anchor failure or damage. The application shows that reasonable pretension force can make the roadway support structure stable and have a good support results.
