    煤矿井下新型瓦斯含量定点取样装置研究

    Study on New Spot Sampling Device of Gas Content in Coal Mine Underground

    • 摘要: 通过对传统的钻屑法和取心法取样测试瓦斯含量工艺优缺点的分析,结合两者优点的基础上,研制出煤矿井下新型瓦斯含量定点取样装置,使取心装置及煤样罐一体化,取心管外壁增加螺旋纹,设备简单、操作简便、能快速定点取样,解决传统钻屑法取样位置不确定、煤样暴露时间长、瓦斯损失量大的问题。通过现场试验,与传统钻屑孔口取样方法进行对比分析,试验结果表明:采用新型取样装置采样测试瓦斯含量结果准确率高于传统钻屑采样法。

       

      Abstract: Through analyzing the merits and demerits of the conventional drill cutting method and core-taking method for coal gas content measurement, combining the advantages of the two methods, a new coal spot sampling device is developed for gas content in underground. The device integrates core-taking device and coal sample tank, and increases swirl marks in the outer core-taking tube; the device is simple and easy operation and can fast carry out spot sampling can solve the problems of inaccurate sampling point, long exposure time and big gas loss of coal sample in traditional drill cutting method. Through field test and comparison, it is indicated that the accuracy of measuring gas content is improved by using the new device to instead of the conventional method.
