    Application and Detection of Measurement Precision for Directional Drilling Construction in Underground Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 为了进一步验证定向钻孔测量精度,进行了定向钻孔穿透巷道的现场试验。试验表明,随钻测量系统测量精度高,上下位移误差不超过2‰,左右位移误差最大为5.4‰。精确定向钻进试验和应用表明,为实现高精度定向中靶或穿透,要从钻孔设计和轨迹控制2方面着手,设计要准确,轨迹要严格控制;由于上下位移相对左右位移精度较高,因此精确控制时应以上下位移为参考,同时考虑左右位移误差范围。

       

      Abstract: For the further verification of measurement accuracy of directional hole, the field experiment on directional drilling through roadway was carried out. The results show that measurement while drilling system has high measurement precision, and up-down deviation is not more than 2‰, and maximal value of left-right deviation is 5.4‰. According to the exact drilling experiment and application, accurate hole designing and strict trajectory controlling should be carried out to achieve accurate target hitting. For high measurement precision of up-down deviation, up-down deviation is the main reference; meanwhile, we should pay attention to error range of left-right deviation.
