    Influence of External Conditions on Explosion Characters of Coal Dust

    • 摘要: 为了探明外部条件对煤粉爆炸特性参数的影响,利用20 L球形爆炸装置进行试验测试,探讨了不同点火能量对爆炸的影响,对比CaCO3和Al(OH)3 2种惰性介质的抑爆效果,不同含水量煤粉的燃烧爆炸行为。结果表明:随着点火能量的增加,粉尘最大爆炸压力呈线性上升,爆炸压力随着煤粉浓度的增加呈现先上升后下降的趋势;添加CaCO3和Al(OH)3能够降低煤粉的爆炸压力,相对于CaCO3的物理抑爆而言,Al(OH)3的物理-化学抑爆效果更佳;煤粉爆炸最大爆炸压力随粉尘含水量降低而不断增大。

       

      Abstract: In order to investigate the influence of external conditions on explosion characteristic parameters of coal dust, we carried out systematic experiments in 20 L spherical explosive device, and discussed the influence of different ignition energy on explosion, compared the explosion suppression effect of two kinds of inert medium between CaCO3 and Al(OH)3, and investigated explosion behaviors of coal dust with different water content. The results show that the maximum explosion pressure is linear rise; explosion pressure firstly increases and then decreases with the increasing of coal dust concentration; adding inert CaCO3 and Al(OH)3 can effectively reduce coal dust explosion pressure. The explosion suppression results of adding Al(OH)3 is better than adding CaCO3; explosion pressure increased with the reducing of water content.
