    Key Technology of Gas Control at Working Face of Thin Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 薄煤层工作面回采过程中,受到煤层赋存条件、开采工艺以及回采设备等因素影响,存在采空区冒落不充分、工作面风阻大与采空区漏风严重等问题,造成薄煤层工作面瓦斯管理困难。以晓南矿N1-1403薄煤层综采工作面为研究对象,通过以高位钻场施工低位钻孔为先导,以优化钻孔施工工艺、调整瓦斯抽采参数等措施提高瓦斯抽采效率为核心,结合自制端头支架与工作面支架侧挡板减少采空区漏风,成功解决薄煤层瓦斯治理难题。

       

      Abstract: In the process of coal seam mining, the coal seam occurrence condition, mining technology and mining equipment and other factors are affected. The problems including insufficient caving in the goaf, the large wind resistance at working face and the serious air leakage in the goaf cause the difficulty of gas control at working face of thin seam. In this paper, taking N1-1403 fully mechanized mining face of thin coal seam in Xiaonan Mine as the research object, and the efficiency of gas extraction is improved by optimizing the drilling process and adjusting the parameters of gas drainage by using low drilling in high drill site as the guide core. Combined with self-made end support and side baffle of working face bracket to reduce the air leakage, gas control problem in thin coal seam is successfully solved.
