    Fire Preventing and Extinguishing Technology for Very Close Seam Driving Under the Influence of Coal Mine Fire Area

    • 摘要: 针对近距离煤层火区易受采动影响、层间漏风加速火区复燃的特点,下部煤层掘进期间从强支护、控漏风、超前预测、主动预防与治理等角度出发,建立了一整套监测、预防与治理的自然发火防控体系。现场实践表明以减少火区扰动为基础,通过采取加强巷道支护、全断面喷浆、施工观测钻孔以及注氮等措施,可有效降低上覆火区对本煤层安全掘进的威胁。

       

      Abstract: For the characteristics that close coal seam fire area is easily affected by mining, and air leakage between the layers will speed up reburn of fire area, from the perspective of strong support, air leakage control, advanced prediction, active prevention and control, a complete set of monitoring, prevention and treatment system for spontaneous combustion prevention and control is established for the lower seam during the tunneling period. Practice shows that strengthening roadway support, whole section shotcrete, constructing observation drilling, nitrogen injection and other measures can effectively reduce the threaten of overburden fire area on the safety driving of the mining seam on the basis of reducing fire zone disturbance.
