    Deformation Failure Mechanism and Control Technology of 6112 Return Air Drift in Haishiwan Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 为了解决海石湾矿煤一层6112工作面回风平巷大变形问题,研究了巷道变形破坏机理,并从巷道重新布置和锚杆支护参数优化2个角度分别提出2套解决方案,现场实测结果表明,采用HRB335高强锚杆配合18.9 mm小孔径预应力锚索的稳定性控制技术对巷道进行翻修以后,回风平巷顶底及两帮移近量均得到有效控制,杜绝了以往巷道反复维修的困境。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of large deformation of 6112 working face in return air drift of Haishiwan coal mine No.1 coal seam,the paper studied the deformation mechanism,and proposed two sets of solutions from the aspects of roadway re-arrangement and the optimization of bolting parameters.Field test results showed that after roadway repairing by using the stability control technology of HRB335 high strength anchor withφ18.9 small-bore prestressed anchor cable,the convergence of roof and floor and two sides of return air drift had been effectively controlled,which eliminated the problems of roadway repeated maintenance in the past.
