    基于IEC 61850的井下智能变电站分布式母线保护方案

    Distributed Busbar Protection Scheme of Underground Intelligent Substation Based on IEC 61850

    • 摘要: 将整个煤矿配电网信息统一上传到地面集中式智能变电站的区域控制中心,会使通信网络难以满足高可靠性和低延时的要求,并且对集中保护测控装置的数据存储能力、数据库的管理能力及运算能力都是挑战;因此探讨了基于IEC 61850的井下智能变电站分布式母线保护方案。由于分布式母线保护对各子单元采样值同步的要求远高于传统变电站,设计了井下智能变电站“两层一网”的网络架构并分析了基于此架构的IEEE 1588同步对时方案,并对分布式母线保护所涉及的采样值及GOOSE信息传输逻辑进行了分析研究,以此实现网络保护功能,简化了保护的复杂性。

       

      Abstract: When the information of whole coal mine distribution network is uploaded together to the regional control center of ground centralized intelligent substation, it makes the communication network can not meet the requirement of high reliability and low delay and it is also a challenge for the data storage capacity, database management ability and operational capability of centralized protection control device. Therefore, the distributed busbar protection scheme is discussed about underground intelligent substation based on IEC 61850. Due to the synchronization requirement of the distributed busbar protection to the sampling value of each sub unit is much higher than that of the conventional substation, it is designed that the “two layers one network” architecture of underground intelligent substation underground and the IEEE 1588 time synchronization scheme is analyzed based on this architecture. In order to achieve the network protection function and simplify the complexity of protection, it is studied that the sampling value and GOOSE information transmission logic of distributed busbar protection.
