    • 摘要: 通过分析液力传动为动力控制类煤矿用四驱防爆车辆存在的问题,提出动力控制装置的改进设计方案。该设计采用液控型动力切断装置,动力换挡变速箱在配置该控制装置后,可以实现传动装置与车轮之间的动力切断及行车制动器与换档离合器操纵之间的联锁,满足在行车制动和停车制动时均具备自动动力切断功能,降低和消除了在实施制动时车辆产生的寄生功率。该系统结构合理,通用性好,可实现现有车辆的直接改造。

       

      Abstract: Through analyzing the problem of coal mine explosion-proof 4WD vehicle that takes hydraulic transmission as power control, an improved design scheme for power control device is proposed. The design adopts hydraulic control type power cut off device, and power shift gearbox in the configuration of control device can realize power cut between the transmission device and the wheel and can realize the interlock between driving brake and shifting clutch manipulation, which meets automatic power cut-off function in driving brake and parking brake, reduces and eliminates the parasitic power when the vehicle is in the brake. The system has reasonable structure and good university, and can realize the direct transformation of the existing vehicles.
