    Governance of Sealing Fire Area at Fully Mechanized Caving Face of Extra-thick Seam

    • 摘要: 为了有效抑制5242综放工作面采空区遗煤自燃,使封闭火区得到有效的治理,通过分析封闭火区发火原因及治理难点,找出采空区发火范围。利用原有回风巷和新工艺巷,对采空区灌注三相泡沫等防灭火材料,使火区得到了有效控制,同时,通过气样分析,采空区的O2浓度降到5%以下,CO气体浓度逐步降至10×10-6以下,消除了安全隐患,为工作面的顺利启封提供了保证。

       

      Abstract: In order to effectively suppress spontaneous combustion of residual coal at 5242 fully mechanized caving face gob and to make sealing fire zone get effective control, by analyzing the causes of spontaneous combustion and control difficulties of sealing fire zone, we find the mined-out area ignition range. Using the original return airway and new technology roadway, three-phase foam and other fire prevention materials are injected into mined-out area, and the fire zone is effectively controlled. At the same time, by sampling gas analysis, O2 concentration is below 5% and CO concentration reduces to 10×10-6. The technology controls the sealing fire zone effectively and eliminates the potential hazards, which provides a guarantee for unsealing working face smoothly.
