    Application of Directional Drilling Technology in Dredging and Draining Water of Roof Soft Rock

    • 摘要: 针对色连二矿巷道掘进过程中顶板滴淋水现象突出,严重影响掘进效率的问题,采用井下定向钻进技术对3-1煤层顶板富水岩层进行提前疏放。通过优化的定向钻进工艺和方法,保证了定向钻孔在软弱岩层中的成孔率,其疏放水效果明显,改善了巷道施工环境,提高了掘进效率。

       

      Abstract: For the problems that roof water dripping phenomenon during coal mine roadway excavation is obvious in Selian No.2 Coal Mine and seriously affect the tunneling efficiency, we use underground directional drilling technology to carry out advanced dredging and draining water for 3-1 coal seam roof rock stratum with rich water. Through optimizing directional drilling technology and method, we improve the hole forming rate and success ratio in soft rock. Its drainage effect is obvious, which improves the roadway construction environment and tunneling efficiency.
