    • 摘要: 三软煤层窄煤柱沿空掘巷一直以对称支护为主,而此类巷道的破坏往往呈现非对称变形特征,其破坏规律极其复杂,导致窄煤柱沿空巷道的支护问题成为亟待解决的采矿技术难题;以米村煤矿210101上付巷为工程背景,总结分析了窄煤柱沿空巷道围岩非对称变形特征,研究制定了210101上付巷窄煤柱沿空掘巷锚网支护方案。试验结果表明:巷道稳定后顶底板移近量在0.32~0.37 m之间,两帮移近量在0.21~0.28 m之间,顶板离层量在0~50 mm之间,巷道围岩变形得到有效控制。

       

      Abstract: The supporting method of three soft narrow coal pillar gob-side entry driving has been used to symmetrical support, while the damage of roadway often appears asymmetric deformation characteristics; the support technology of gob-side entry driving meets great challenge, and the damage law is extremely complex. This paper takes Micun Coal Mine 210101 roadway head as an example, analyzes the asymmetric deformation characteristics of roadway and establishes anchor net supporting plan of 210101 roadway head. The test result shows that roof-to-floor convergence is between 0.32 m and 0.37 m, two-sided displacement is between 0.21 m and 0.28 m, and the data of roof separation is between 0 to 50 mm. The roadway surrounding rock deformation has been effectively controlled.
