    Research on Working Mode of Unmanned Mining Workface Based on Data Analysis

    • 摘要: 以黄陵一号煤矿802综采无人化工作面历史数据为样本,分别从跟机作业效率和人工干预操作2个方面进行了统计分析,着重分析跟机自动化作业的生产效果,总结出工作面自动化生产效率不足的主要环节和人工干预的常见操作。依据数据分析结果,在无人化工作面生产模式方面给出合理建议,使无人化技术达到“减人、提效”的目的。

       

      Abstract: Taking the history data from 802 unmanned mining workface of Huangling No.1 Coal Mine as the sample, the paper carried out statistical analysis from automation following and manual intervention, focused on production effect of automation following and summarized the main part of the lack of efficiency of coal face automation production and the common operation of manual intervention. According to the special data analysis, the paper proposed reasonable suggestion for unmanned working face production model to achieve the purpose of "reducing people and increasing efficiency" of unmanned technology.
