    Influencing Factors Analysis of Underground Coal Mine Team Safety Atmosphere Based on ISM

    • 摘要: 以煤矿井下班组为对象,从班组员工自身、班组内部及工作环境(包括自然环境和组织环境)3个层面总结了影响井下班组安全氛围的15个因素。利用解释结构模型分析各因素之间的关联性,建立了一个4级递阶结构模型,得到影响班组安全氛围的表层直接因素、中层间接因素和深层根本因素。根据研究结果,结合班组安全管理,提出了3项改进班组安全管理办法的建议。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, fifteen factors that affect the safety atmosphere of the underground team are summarized from three aspects of miners, the team and the work environment (the natural environment and the organizational environment). The interpretative structural modeling (ISM) was adopted for interpreting the relativeness among the factors and establishing a 4-layer hierarchical ISM model. According to the model, the direct factors, indirect factors and deep fundamental factors which influencing the safety atmosphere were obtained. Combined the results and the team safety management, three measures were proposed to improve the safety management of the teams and groups.
