    Study on Influence Factors of Enterprise Safety Culture Based on Structural Equation Model

    • 摘要: 为进一步探究煤矿企业安全文化的影响因素,结合当前研究现状,提出影响煤矿企业安全文化的6个主要因素,采用结构方程模型(SEM)对影响煤矿企业安全文化的主要因素以及因素间的因果关系进行研究。运用AMOS17.0构建煤矿企业安全文化二阶验证性因素分析模型以及安全文化影响因素间的因果关系路径分析模型,通过对2个国有企业274名员工进行问卷调查,证实了6个主要影响因素对煤矿企业安全文化均有显著的正向影响,得出影响因素对煤矿企业安全文化的重要程度以及各影响因素之间的相互关系。

       

      Abstract: To further explore the influence factors of enterprise safety culture, combining the current research situation, we propse six main factors affecting the enterprise safety culture, using structural equation model (SEM) to study the main factors affecting the enterprise safety culture and to study the causal relationships among these factors. We use AMOS17.0 to construct the enterprise safety culture second-order confirmatory factor analysis model and the causal path analysis model of the influence factors. Through the questionnaire survey of 274 employees in two state-owned enterprise, we confirm that the six main influencing factors have significant positive influence on the enterprise safety culture; it is concluded that the importance of influence factors of enterprise safety culture and the relationship between influencing factors.
