    • 摘要: 为了客观评价煤矿职工不安全行为等级,从一线职工行为影响因子、班组长行为影响因子、管理者行为影响因子以及组织行为影响因子4个层次构建煤矿职工不安全行为评价指标体系。借鉴可拓学原理,融合熵权法到可拓学理论,构建熵权可拓评价模型,对煤矿职工不安全行为进行评价;其评价结果更加客观合理且可作为煤矿职工不安全行为管理的依据,并将其运用到某煤矿职工不安全行为评价中。结果表明,待评煤矿职工不安全行为评价等级为II级,该煤矿职工不安全行为状态为较好,这表明熵权的可拓学理论能够客观实际地对煤矿职工不安全行为进行评价。

       

      Abstract: In order to evaluate the unsafe behavior level of coal mine workers objectively, the evaluation index system of unsafe behavior is built from the frontline workers behavior influence factor, group leader behavior influence factor, management behavior influence factor and organizational behavior influence factor four levels. The entropy-weight combined with the extension theory is introduced to establish the model for evaluating the unsafe behavior in coal mine. This method makes the evaluation more objective and reasonable, which can be used as the basis for the construction of unsafe behavior in coal mine, and it is applied to the evaluation of the unsafe behavior in coal mine. The results show that the evaluation grade of unsafe behavior is the second level, and the unsafe behavior in coal mine is better state. It suggests that the extension theory based on entropy-weight can objectively evaluate the unsafe behavior in coal mine.
