    • 摘要: 从采煤工安全心理角度探究BBS对采煤工心理的影响,以期解决煤矿生产安全问题,维护采煤工的心理健康。借鉴现有的矿工不安全心理调查问卷,以采煤工120人为研究对象,在BBS实施前后分别进行评测。运用模糊综合评价法对2次问卷的调查结果进行评价,得出采煤工安全心理的等级水平从“偏重”到“较轻”,安全无奈感、逆反心理、麻痹心理、临时心理4项一级指标得分均有提升,验证BBS的实施对采煤工安全心理的提高十分有效。

       

      Abstract: From the safety psychology of coal miners, the influence of behavior-based safety (BBS) on coal miners’ psychology was explored, in order to solve the problem of coal mine safety and maintain the mental health of coal miners. Drawing lessons from the unsafe psychological questionnaires of existing miners, 120 coal miners were taken as research objects to carry out the evaluation respectively before and after the BBS implementation. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the results of two questionnaires. The results showed that the safety psychology level of coal miners changed from “heavy” to “lighter”, and four first-level indicators had improved, including safety helplessness, reverse psychology, paralysis psychology, temporary psychology. It was proved that the implementation of BBS was very effective to improve the safety psychology.
