    Experimental Study on Power Producer of Duster with Pneumatic Orifice

    • 摘要: 针对KCS-11K型湿式孔口除尘器存在体积大、质量重、井下移动困难等问题,研制了新型气动孔口除尘器的安全动力源-空气放大器,对安全动力源-空气放大器性能进行了深入的试验研究,应用回归分析建立了安全动力源-空气放大器工作性能的数学模型。

       

      Abstract: For the problems that KCS-11K wet type orifice duster has large volume, heavy weight and is difficult to move under the shaft, the safety power source-air amplifier of a new type of pneumatic orifice dust collector is developed, the performance of the device is studied in-depth. At last, the mathematical model of the air amplifier is established on the basis of regression analysis.
