    Study on Pressure Release Mechanism of Pressure Releasing Slot

    • 摘要: 运用理论分析、数值模拟和现场试验等方法,分析了卸压槽的卸压机理和治理效果。建立了底板受力模型,研究了卸压槽对支承压力传播的影响;通过数值模拟,对比分析了在有无卸压槽2种情况下巷道的应力应变情况;通过现场试验,验证了卸压槽治理以底鼓为主的巷道变形破坏的效果。结果表明:卸压槽切断了巷道直接底板,改变了底板的受力结构,改变了采场支承压力在底板沿水平和垂直方向的传播途径和方式,并且能吸收底板的水平挤压变形和底鼓量,从而减少巷道围岩变形和破坏。

       

      Abstract: The mechanical analysis, numerical simulation and field test were used to study the mechanism of pressure release of the pressure releasing slot and its effect. The paper established the mechanical model to study the influence of pressure releasing slot on the propagation of abutment pressure. Through the numerical simulation, the paper analyzed contrastively the change of stress and strain of the tunnel with and without pressure releasing slot. Through the field test, we verified that the pressure releasing slot could control significantly floor-heave. The results show that the pressure releasing slot cuts off the immediate bottom, changes the stress structure, and changes propagation way of the abutment pressure which is in horizontal and vertical direction. At the same time, it could absorb the extrusion deformation in horizontal direction and the floor heave volume to reduce effectively the deformation and failure of tunnels.
