    Model Test on Lining Structure of Spray Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete

    • 摘要: 针对软岩巷道混凝土衬砌支护难题,基于对比试验和模型试验原理对喷射钢纤维混凝土的配合比进行优化设计,并对某巷道模型结构的衬砌方案进行试验研究,得到钢纤维的最优掺量和模型结构的应力分布状况,分析其受力机理。结果表明,喷射钢纤维混凝土衬砌结构具有较好的让压变形能力,适合深埋隧道和巷道的软岩支护。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problem of concrete lining supporting in soft rock tunnel, an experimental study on lining scheme of roadway model structure is carried out and the mix proportion of spray steel fiber concrete is optimized based on the principle of contrast test and model test. Optimal dosage of steel fibre and stress distribution in the model structure are obtained, and its stress mechanism is analyzed. The experimental results indicate that the lining structure of spray steel fiber reinforced concrete has better yield pressure deformation capacity, and it is suitable for soft rock supporting of deep buried tunnel and roadway.
