    Experimental Study on Reinforcement of Deep Soft Roadway by Using ACZ-1 Modified Grouting Material

    • 摘要: 首先通过实验室试验方法研究了不同水灰比的ACZ-1改性水泥浆液的黏度、凝结时间、膨胀率和不同龄期结石体的抗压强度;其次,利用专门研制的模拟破碎煤体注浆试验模具,对注浆胶结破碎煤体的抗压强度和注浆胶结体黏结钢绞线的抗剪强度进行了一系列的模拟验证,研制出了1种即具有流动性好、微膨胀、早强、高强特性,又具有凝结时间可调的ACZ-1改性水泥注浆材料。最后,将试验结果应用到平顶山天安煤业公司六矿深部软煤层回采巷道进行了工程试验,有效地控制了巷道变形,提高了煤巷支护的稳定性,大幅度减少巷道返修率,技术经济效益显著。

       

      Abstract: We firstly study viscosity, setting time and expansion rate of ACZ-1 modified cement slurry in different water cement ratios and compressive strength of different stages stone body by experiment method. Secondly, a series of simulation tests were carried out for the compressive strength of cemented crushed coal and the shear strength of cement bonded steel strand by using specially developed simulated crushing coal body grouting test model. Consequently, a kind of ACZ-1 modified cement grouting material with good fluidity, micro expansion, early strength, high strength and adjustable setting time is developed. Finally, the test results were applied to the engineering test of deep soft coal seam, which is the No.6 coal mine of Pingdingshan Tian’an Company, which effectively controls the roadway deformation, improves the stability of coal roadway, greatly reduces roadway repair rate, significantly increases technical and economic benefits.
