    Comprehensive Control Technology of Coal Spontaneous Combustion in Close Distance Coal Seams

    • 摘要: 川南矿区多以开采近距离易自然煤层群为主,因地质赋存条件及开采方法的限制使得部分煤体无法采出,在下部煤层开采过程中形成高位遗煤,受采动影响垮入采空区后时常发生严重自然发火事故,给矿井的安全生产带来严重威胁。基于此,以船景煤矿118-12工作面为例,开展近距离煤层开采过程中高位遗煤自然发火防治技术研究,在分析工作面自然发火影响因素的基础上,提出以工作面架间高位插管注浆为核心灭火技术方案。在保障本工作面安全回采的基础上,根本上消除了遗煤对下覆煤层开采的二次影响。

       

      Abstract: Close distance coal seams were mined mainly in the south of Sichuan Mining Area, due to the limitation of the geological occurrence condition and the mining method, some coal bodies can not be produced and form high coal during the lower coal seam mining period. The high level residual coal is affected by mining after entering goaf, the serious spontaneous combustion accidents often occur in the mining area, which brings serious threat to the safe production of the mine. Based on this, this paper takes 118-12 working face in Chuanjing Coal Mine as an example, and carries out the research on the control technology of spontaneous combustion of high residual coal in the course of close distance coal seams mining. On the basis of analyzing the influence factors of spontaneous combustion of the working face, a high-level intubation grouting between the working faces is proposed. On the basis of ensuring the safety mining of working face, the secondary influence of resudual coal on overlying coal seam mining is eliminated.
