    Fire Prevention and Control Technology for Very Close Distance and Easy Self-ignition Coal Seam Group During Working Face Retracement Period

    • 摘要: 针对川南地区极近距离易自燃煤层群自然发火期短、采空区漏风严重等问题,分析了在工作面回撤期间不利于防灭火工作的诸多隐患。以白皎煤矿2274工作面为例,分析了该工作面回撤期间所面临的自然发火隐患,基于工作面的实际地质条件、巷道布置、进度条件等因素,提出了以采空区自然发火预报机制为基石,以“采空区高位插管注浆、控漏风、采空区注氮、工作面喷洒阻化剂”为核心的防灭火综合治理体系。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problems of short spontaneous combustion period and serious air leakage in goaf in very close distance and easy self-ignition coal seam group in the south of Sichuan province, this paper analyzes the hidden danger of fire preventing and extinguishing work in the period of the working face retracement. Taking Baijiao Coal Mine 2274 working face as an example, this paper analyzes the spontaneous combustion hazard during working face retracement period. Based on the actual geological conditions, the roadway layout and schedule conditions, the integrated fire prevention management system, taking goaf spontaneous combustion prediction mechanism as the basis and taking “high-level grouting in goaf, controlling air leakage, grouting in goaf, spraying retarder at working face” as the core, is proposed.
