    Application of Drilling Technology and Equipment in Soft Coal Based on Non-standard Spiral Drill Pipe

    • 摘要: 松软突出煤层本煤层瓦斯抽放孔钻进有3大技术瓶颈,一是成孔难,二是成孔率低,三是卡埋钻、喷孔等孔内事故多。针对这3个实际问题,通过对螺旋钻杆排粉机理、钻进技术分析,以及不同型式的非标准型宽翼片大通孔螺旋钻杆的现场应用,总结出适用于不同软煤层的非标螺旋钻杆钻进技术与配套装备,使其能够推广应用。

       

      Abstract: For gas drainage holes in soft and outburst coal seams, there are three technical bottlenecks, firstly it is difficult to form a hole, secondly the probability of hole formation is low, thirdly there are many downhole accidents such as tools truck and gas gushing from the hole. Aiming at these three actual issues, through analyzing the powder discharge mechanism and the drilling technology of spiral drill pipes, as well as the field application of different types of non-standard large-bore spiral pipes with wide wing blade, it is summarized that the drilling technology and auxiliary equipment of non-standard spiral pipes are suitable for different soft coal seams so as to popularize and apply them.
