    钱家营煤矿主要通风机能力研究

    Study on Main Fan Capability of Qianjiaying Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 对钱家营煤矿2台主要通风机分别在多个叶片角度、多个转速下进行了性能测试,以探查矿井通风机的最大允许叶片安装角度和各叶片角度下的最高允许转速。实测表明,叶片角度越大、转速越高,对应的“喘振”风阻越小,也就是说风机越容易喘振;改变叶片角度对于提高风机的通风能力效果不是特别明显,而在同一叶片角度时,转速提高,风机风量和风压明显提高。

       

      Abstract: In order to survey maximum allowable blade installation angle and maximum allowable revolving speed of main fans in coal mine, the performance test are carried out for two main fans in Qianjiaying Coal Mine under different blade angles and different revolving speed. The measured results show that the corresponding surge resistance is small when the blade angle is large and the revolving speed is high; that’s to say, the main fan will be easy to surge. The effect is not particularly clear to improve the fan ventilation capacity by changing the blade angle. For the same blade angle, the air volume and air pressure of fan is significantly improved with the revolving speed increasing.
