    • 摘要: 以祁东煤矿8222工作面压架突水灾害防治问题为工程背景,基于顶板预裂爆破防治压架突水灾害的机理,就深孔预裂爆破在防治松散含水层下采煤压架突水灾害的效果进行实证研究。形成了基于关键层位置的顶板预裂爆破设计方法;提出了利用实测压力、长观孔水位联动类型的变化、钻孔窥视等3种验证顶板预裂爆破实施效果的方法,并进行了现场应用。工作面来压步距及持续长度减小、水位波动周期增大、顶板钻孔内裂隙发育程度增加等均说明了顶板深孔爆破的有效性,从而保障了8222工作面的安全回采。

       

      Abstract: In the engineering background of preventing the support crushing and water inrush accidents of 8222 working face in Qi dong Coal Mine, this paper studies the implementation effect of deep hole pre-splitting blasting in preventing the accidents under unconsolidated confined aquifer based on the mechanism of roof pre-splitting blasting. The design method based on the location of key stratum was proposed; the test measures such as pressure measurement, change of long hole water linkage type and borehole imaging were proposed and applied in field. The decrease of weighting step and duration, the increase of the water level fluctuation period and the development of the fractures in the hole proves the effectiveness of this technique. These achievements guarantee the safety mining of 8222 working face.
