    大倾角薄煤层综合机械化开采实践

    Practice of Comprehensive Mechanized Mining in Thin Coal Seam with Large Dip Angle

    • 摘要: 为解决大倾角薄煤层安全高效综采技术难题,四川华蓥山广能公司自主研制了MG200/495-QWD内牵引悬臂式双滚筒采煤机、ZY3500/07/15Q型防倒防滑板式顶梁掩护液压支架、SGZ730/2x200型中双链双驱动刮板输送机等综采设备,并在雷公山煤矿1121工作面进行了现场工业性试验。试验结果表明,工作面“三机”设备配套合理,开采机械自动化程度大幅提高,成功实现了倾角小于45°、厚度小于1 m的大倾角薄煤层综合机械化开采;试验期间工作面安全推进580 m,累计产煤16.5万t,工作面最大月产量3万t。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the technical problem of safety and high efficiency fully mechanized mining in large dip angle thin coal seam, Sichuan Huayingshan Guangneng Company independently developed MG200/495-QWD traction cantilever double drum shearer, ZY3500/07/15Q type anti-skid plate-type beam shield hydraulic support, SGZ730/2x200 type double-chain double-drive scraper conveyor and other fully-mechanized coal mining equipment, and industrial test was carried out in Leigongshan Coal Mine 1121 working face. Test results show that “three-machine” complete sets of equipment is reasonable, mining machinery automation degree is increased, the comprehensive mechanical mining of inclined thin seam is successful implementated with the inclined angle of less than 45°and the thickness less than 1 m during the trial period. Working face safety advancing is 580 m with 16.5 million t of cumulative production of coal, and the maximum monthly production of working face is 30 kt.
