    大采高综采工作面支架合理工作阻力研究

    Research on Reasonable Working Resistance of Support at Fully Mechanized Mining Face with Large Mining Height

    • 摘要: 针对大采高综采工作面矿压显现剧烈现象,对神东矿区上湾矿大采高12106综放工作面支架工作情况进行了分析研究。12106工作面共布置151台支架,通过对支架工作阻力监测数据分析,得出工作面顶板周期来压步距平均值为21.1 m,来压时工作面支架循环末阻力均值为13 914 kN,支架初撑力均值为11 819 kN,未达到额定初撑力;采用“四一法则”对已采工作面的合理工作阻力进行核定,通过现场实测数据结合理论计算,得出12106工作面支架的合理工作阻力为18 000 kN。

       

      Abstract: In the view of the phenomenon of serious strata pressure behavior at fully mechanized working face with large mining height, we analyze and study the working situation of supports at 12106 fully mechanized working face in Shendong Mining Area Shangwan Mine. 151 stents are arranged at 12106 working face. Through the data analysis of working resistance from support monitoring, it shows that the average value of roof periodic weighting interval of working face is 21.1 m and the mean of circulated end resistance of working face support is 13 914 kN and the average value of setting load of support is 11 819 kN, and working face does not reach the rated early support force. “Four-one” rule is used to check reasonable working resistance of the mining working face, based on the site measured data and theoretical calculation, the reasonable working resistance of 12106 working face is 18 000 kN.
