    Influence of Residual Deformation in Subsidence Zone on New Buildings

    • 摘要: 以某矿区矿山开采工程实际为背景,选择沉陷区中有代表性的典型变形区,设计了回填地基、筏板基础和框架结构;在此基础上,系统地模拟了地表残余变形对基础及框架结构的作用特点,研究了建筑结构应力与应变集中区域及其分布特点,并对整体安全性进行了评估,探讨了不同区域的影响属性,找出了沉陷区中对建筑物安全影响最小位置及其建筑结构的应强化配筋区域。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, taking a mining area as an example, choosing the typical deformation zones in the subsidence area, the back-fill foundation, raft foundation and frame structure were designed; on this basis, the effect of surface residual deformation on foundation and frame structure are systematically simulated. The concentration regions and distribution characteristics of stress and strain of building structure are studied. We conduct safety assessment for the stress state and deformation, explore the influence of different regions, and find the minimum impact location on building safety and the optimum parameters of building structure.
