    Recovery Condition Analysis of ZY5000-18/38 Type Hydraulic Support at Fully Mechanized Coal Mining Face

    • 摘要: 基于平煤股份四矿己16.17-23120综采工作面液压支架的回收现场实践,对ZY5000-18/38型液压支架的回收条件进行分析,给出了针对该型号液压支架回收的超前高度、宽度及做切眼上喇叭口的具体标准。标准的采用减小了综采设备回收准备条件的工作量,并保证液压支架高效回收。

       

      Abstract: Based on the recovery field practice of hydraulic support at Ji16.17-23120 fully mechanized coal face of No.4 Mine of Pingdingshan Tian'an Coal Mining Limited Company, we carry out the analysis of ZY5000-18/38 type hydraulic support recovery condition, give specific criteria of advanced height, width of hydraulic support recovery and making bell mouth at cutting hole according to the models. The workload of recovery preparation condition of fully mechanized mining equipment is reduced, and the high-efficiency and recycling of the hydraulic support is ensured.
