    提升钢丝绳更换过程中的振动事故分析

    Vibration Accident Analysis in the Process of Hoisting-rope Replacement

    • 摘要: 运用达朗贝尔振动原理分析了提升钢丝绳更换时天轮与绞车滚筒之间的弦绳段提升钢丝绳振动规律,并给出了振动方程,为研究提升钢丝绳更换时振动安全稳定性分析提供了理论支撑。针对相关“跳绳”事故案例,深入分析了发生事故的根源所在,并给出了相应的应对措施;分析结果表明:换绳时旧绳的大幅抖动、不合格的换绳工具等都会对弦绳段提升钢丝绳产生不利的外部激励,并引发“跳绳事故”;适当降低换绳速度一定程度上可以控制不合格换绳工具带来的不利影响。

       

      Abstract: By using the vibration principle of Darren Bell, the hoisting-rope vibration law is analyzed about string segment between wheel and winch drum in the process of hoisting-rope replacement, and the vibration equations are given, which provides the theoretical support for the vibration stability analysis of hoisting-rope replacement. Aiming at “rope-skipping” accident cases, the root cause of the accident is analyzed in-depth, and the corresponding measures are given. The analysis results show that the old rope sharply jitter and unqualified rope changing tools will have a detrimental effect on the external incentive in the period of rope changing, and trigger “rope-skipping accident”. Through appropriately reducing rope replacement speed, it can control the negative impact for unqualified rope replacement tools in a certain extent.
