    • 摘要: 为了提高旋转风幕在综采工作面的隔尘效果,基于喷雾除尘的机理,对气水联合下旋转风幕的除尘效率进行了修正。设计了试验系统及方案,从试验研究方面将改进的气水联合旋转风幕隔尘效果与原本旋转风幕进行研究对比。结果表明:气水联合旋转风幕的隔尘效果要优于旋转风幕;相同工况下气水联合旋转风幕的全尘及呼吸性粉尘的除尘效率高于改进前的旋转气幕,与理论研究结果保持一致。

       

      Abstract: To improve the dust-isolating effect of rotating air curtain at fully-mechanized working face, based on the de-dusting mechanism of spray, this paper modified the de-dusting efficiency of rotating curtain by air-water combination. The paper makes a comparative research of the de-dusting effect between the improved air-water combined rotating air curtain and the original rotating curtain through the test system and scheme. The results show that the dust-isolating effect of air-water combined rotating air curtain is superior to that of the ordinary air curtain; de-dusting effect of the improved air curtain is higher than that of the ordinary in both respirable dust and total dust under the same condition. The results are consistent with the theoretical results.
